This picture is an example of satire because it is making fun of Obama admitting that he did drugs. this is not what you want to see in a President, but he still was elected. It is nowhere near racist or harmful. Maybe he still does drugs in secret??
He still is a Pot Head. How else can one explain the Stupidity by which he is running the Country with. His record is one of either a Marxist Enemy or a Doper. Which one is the Supreme Dumb Ass in the White House? Either way, he is bad for the Nation.
